Kelly D. Hupp & Associates, P.A. (“KDH”) is a Charlotte law firm established by Kelly Hupp Brady (formerly Kelly D. Hupp) in February, 1998. KDH employs attorneys licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina to supervise, instruct and advise freelance paralegals in abstracting titles.

Clients retain KDH to provide title opinions on property where refinance and home equity lenders request title insurance or certification of title by a licensed North Carolina or South Carolina attorney. Generally, those products include full title searches as well as current owner searches.
